Microsemi Corporation Staff Engineer, SRAM in Hyderabad, India

The candidate will work on SRAM design to be used for the FPGA SoC. Role involves working on the design, modelling, verification, characterization, silicon validation and debug of the SRAM block.

Required experience and skills :

8+ years of relevant experience in the following area:

  • Low power CMOS circuit design
  • SRAM memory design & characterization
  • Simulation of memory instances and/or compilers.
  • Building memory critical paths
  • Memory cell margin analysis
  • Silicon validation & debug of SRAM in lower technologies & understanding of yield issues
  • Front end memory models generation and validation.
  • Logic verification of memories using verilog.
  • Generating EDA views of IP libraries.
  • Experience in QA process for release of .libs and models.
  • SRAM interface with the Controller

Sound skill & Strong understanding

  • Experience with 28nm and below technologies with understanding of design issues related to process.
  • Must have good understanding of memory architecture.
  • Strong Understanding of circuit design concepts for low power CMOS circuits and must
  • Strong Understanding of device concepts

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters of Engineering in Electrical or Electronics
